This Code is a statement of certain fundamental principles, policies, and procedures that govern the Management, Officers, Supervisors, and Employees in the conduct of our business. It is not intended to and does not create any rights in any employee, supervisor, officer, management, supplier, borrower, competitor, or any other person/entity.
